Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be extended, and we encourage customers to allow additional time for shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer flat-rate standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (available for select items for an additional fee)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $150 within the 48 contiguous states.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Track your order status anytime using the tracking link provided.
Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we ship only to the contiguous United States. We do not offer shipping to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Delays: Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed due to potential delays by shipping carriers. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
General Shipping & Delivery Information: We primarily use USPS or FedEx for deliveries. Most orders will arrive within 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout unless free shipping is available for qualifying orders.

Note: Expedited shipping is available only for select items. You will see the option at checkout if it's available for your order.
Express Shipping:
- Express orders received before Noon EST will ship the same business day.
- Orders received after Noon EST will ship the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
- Backordered items will ship the next business day after the estimated ship date.
- Only products eligible for expedited shipping will be noted at checkout.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico:
- Delivery Time: Allow 10-14 business days for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
- Shipping Surcharge: A $20 surcharge applies to all orders shipping to these locations.
APO/FPO/PO Boxes:
- For shipments to APO/FPO addresses, please use the International Checkout option (for more details, see below).
- PO Boxes: We are unable to ship merchandise (except for gift cards) to PO boxes. All orders must have a physical address for delivery.
